Learn the tools
- First TPU prints; v0 gyroid lattice swatches
- Foam study: TPU Air temperature trio — one swatch at three temps, three hardnesses
- Swatch tests on the dogs' coats: feel, breathability, the washing machine
- No-sew joints: webbing threaded through printed channels; clamp-plate terminations
- Pull-test the first joints to failure; start the test log
- Fusion 360 and Blender installed, basics only

Frankenharness
- v0.5: printed lattice panels mounted on the donor harness
- On-dog testing with Wib and Peach
- Start the real-dog content library — photos and video from day one

Scan and v1 design
- Standing scan of Wib or Peach (lick-mat method); mirror and clean in Blender
- Paper-drape pattern on the dogs
- v1: own webbing skeleton + printed panels, designed over the scan

Iterate on the five-dog panel
- Fit tests across the neighbour corgis; note what rubs, shifts, escapes
- Pull-test every v1 joint; keep the log
- v1.x revisions
Webbing carries the load. Print carries the comfort. Pull-test every joint.
